I have been in the trenches for thirty years. I’ve been there… I know what to do & when to do it. My last 15 years has been in the electric ‘Southern California’ beach town atmosphere. Featuring crazy martinis and great vintage cocktails. Now ‘keying’ on the hot new ‘master mixology’ trend sweeping the nation. My last gig had a dedicated ‘cocktail garden’, which I would go get fresh herbs & spices at the beginning of each shift.
