This is a great cocktail… gaining in popularity, that comes from Brazil. In fact it’s the national drink of Brazil… called the Caipirinha, it uses only true ‘Cachaca’ Rum, from Brazil. It’s muddled limes and sugar with lots of Cachaca. I doesn’t always get a sugar rim on the glass. That was my idea.
